About the company
Master Craftsman in caning and chair Rush Seating in furniture, EPV certified company, I created my company in 1986.
I then specialized in the restoration of straw or cane chairs, following traditional techniques, then anxious to pass on my knowledge, I created a training organization in 1988.
In order to be able to develop my passion for the realization of straw polychromy, I decide to study the techniques of coloring it and to launch its cultivation locally.
I imagine and produce my own colors and compose original straw mats where the asymmetry of the design should provoke the curiosity of the glance: "a seat where the glance is first...". All about my company?
The Job
Repairing and wickerwork of chairs is often carried out by the same person.
The trade has different origins and the practice requires the knowledge of different techniques as well as the use of specific raw materials.
The common support, the chair, is certainly the reason for this.
Raw or covered mulch, mono or polychrome, traditional or contemporary wickerwork, cabinet making, are among the themes developed in this section.
